1. Acceptance

By using AHM7xMakki APIs, tools, or the DriveUp service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

2. Free Usage

All standard APIs are free to use for personal and commercial projects. Fair use applies — do not abuse the platform with excessive automated requests that degrade service for other users.

DriveUp is free to use. Users must register with a valid email address and authenticate via Google OAuth to use the Drive management features.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use our APIs or DriveUp for:

  • Illegal activity or infringement of third-party rights.
  • Scraping or mirroring our platform or reselling our APIs as your own service without permission.
  • Excessive automated requests that degrade service for other users.
  • Manipulating, deleting, or modifying Drive files belonging to other users without their explicit consent.
  • Circumventing Google's terms of service or Drive API usage policies.

4. DriveUp — Google Drive Tool

DriveUp is a Google Drive file management tool available at ahm7xmakki.com/driveup. By using DriveUp you additionally agree to the following:

Your responsibility for Drive content. DriveUp performs operations on your Google Drive on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the files and folders you choose to copy, rename, tag, or modify. AHM7xMakki is not liable for any accidental modification, deletion, or loss of Drive content resulting from your use of DriveUp.

Google account authorisation. You must authorise DriveUp via Google OAuth to use the service. You agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours. You can revoke DriveUp's access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Permitted use. DriveUp may only be used to manage your own Google Drive files. You must not use DriveUp to access, copy, rename, or modify Drive files belonging to others without their explicit permission.

Folder size limits. To ensure fair use and reliable service for all users, DriveUp enforces reasonable limits on the number of files and folders that can be processed in a single operation. Operations that exceed these limits will be rejected before any changes are made.

No guarantee of results. DriveUp relies on the Google Drive API. We do not guarantee operation speed or availability. Google API outages, rate limits, or changes to the Drive API are outside our control.

  • Account suspension — we reserve the right to suspend DriveUp accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
  • Data deletion on request — you may request deletion of your DriveUp account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. APIs and DriveUp may be modified, updated, or in rare cases discontinued with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer

APIs and DriveUp are provided "as is" without warranty. AHM7xMakki is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to any unintended modification or loss of Google Drive content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact us at contact@ahm7xmakki.com with any questions.
